Popular Desserts
Below are my most popular desserts. I specialize in Parfaits (Dessert Shots or Sweet Shots) that I sell per dozen or if you choose a dessert table they come in sets of 9. Depending on the dessert I could also make it into Cake, Cupcakes, and/or Pie per your request.

Cakes $15-25 dollars, additional layers cost more; prices vary for Non Layer and Specialty Cakes.
For bigger events the cake will be sold per serving.
Cupcakes Sold per dozen, $15 dollars for the first dozen.
Stuffed Cupcakes Sold per dozen, $20 dollars for the first dozen.
Fun Dipz Cupcakes Sold per dozen, $20 dollars for the first dozen.
Stuffed & Dipz Cupcakes Sold per dozen, $25 dollars for the first dozen.
Cheesecakes $15-20 dollars
Parfaits sold in different size sets. 2-4oz $15-20 per dozen and 5-9oz $20-25 per set of 9.
Pies are sold as a 9 inch pan, two 6 inch pans, or 6 Pie Bites $10- dollars each.

Cakes -
Standard: is 9 inches, cut in half and frosted.
​
Layer: is my Standard cake with up to 4 cake layers.
An example of my layer cake would be my Black Forest Cake.
​
Non Layer: is a cake that has been bake in a special cake pan (like bundt pan).
An example of my non layer cake would be my Sock-It-to me Cake (pictured)
​
Candy: is a cake with a 3 layer minimum and decorated with candy.
An example of my specialty cake would be my Cookies n Cream Cake.
​
Shaped: are cakes made from fun shaped molds and are sold as a single layer. Can be sliced and frosted or just have inside frosting.
An example of my specialty cake would be my Oreo Cake.

Surprise: is a cake with a 2 layer minimum and has a surprise on the inside.
Cupcakes -
​
Traditional: an individual portion of cake, baked in a cup-shaped mold and decorated with a simple icing or frosting

Stuffed: a traditional cupcake that's "stuffed" with things like: mousse, jams/curds, cookies/candies, cream cheese, and ect

Fun Dipz: just when you thought a cupcake couldn't get any better, I decided to dip it ... in candy/chocolate shell

Cheesecakes -

From New York style to Chicago style Cheesecake as well a couple I refer to as "Italian Cheesecakes" and even some "No-Bake" Cheesecake. Below are just a few favorites.
PB Cup: chocolate crust, creamy peanut butter mixed with cheesecake and topped with ganache.
Triple C: chocolate crust and cherry filling for this cheesecake.
White Chocolate Raspberry: chocolate crust, white chocolate cheesecake with swirls of raspberry. (pictured)
Parfaits -
A dessert consisting of layers of cookie/graham crumbles or cake pieces, custard/pudding or gelatin, and/or chopped fruit served in a glass. Below are some of my popular flavors. Not all layers need to have one each element, but it sometime it helps by adding texture.

Apple:
Fruit & Nut: your choice of fruit (pears, raisins, or crasins) and/or nuts.
Mini Pie in a Glass: graham cracker crust topped with a blend of chopped apples. Can be made ala mode per request. (pictured)

Banana:
Black Bottom: chocolate crust, pudding, sliced bananas, whipped cream, almonds and chocolate drops.
Split: chocolate crust, custard, sliced bananas and strawberries, whipped cream, nut topping, chocolate drop and caramel drizzle. (only available in 5-9oz Parfaits)
​
Berries:
Berry Shortcake: not just for Strawberries, feel free to try it with Blackberries or Raspberries.
Mousse: a light and airy soft food that incorporates air bubbles to give its fluffy texture. (cherry mousse pictured)

Chocolate:
Caramel Nut Shell: chocolate pudding layers sandwiching a pecan caramel filling, crowned with a chocolate shell.
Red Velvet: a cream cheese whip layered between red chocolate.
​
Citrus:
Orange Creamsicle : orange gelatin, whipped cream, and an orange mousse make up this dessert.
Margarita : cookie crumble, lemon-lime mousse filling with a sea salt and candied sugar rim glass
Mini Pie in a Glass: graham cracker or cookie crust topped with lemon pudding and topped with whipped cream.

Mint:
Mint n Chip: chocolate crust, mint pudding mixed with mini chocolate chips, and topped with whipped cream (pictured)

Pumpkin:
Mini Pie in a Glass: graham cracker or cookie crust topped with pumpkin pie filling and capped with whipped cream or a whipped marshmallow fluff topping.

Tropical:
Island Road: white chocolate pudding, macadamia nuts, pineapple and toasted coconuts. (pictured)
Pineapple Cream: inspired by a Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, so this parfait has the cookie crumble on top.
Pies -
My Pies come in a "crumble" and/or "pie shell" crust per your order. My standard is "crumble" which makes things eaier when I make No-Bakes.

Apple:
Dutch: an apple blend with a crumble top. (pictured)
Cinnamon Lovers: a cinnamon roll crust with an apple and golden raisins filling.
Traditional: a traditional apple pie with an optional top crust.

Banana:
Black Bottom: chocolate crust, pudding, sliced bananas, whipped cream, almonds and chocolate drops. (pictured)
Traditional: a traditional banana pie.
​
Berries:
Berry Pie: you name the berry and I fill the crust of your choice.
Berry Cream Pie: you name the berry and I cream it, then fill the crust of your choice.

Chocolate:
French Silk: chocolate pudding topped with whipped cream and chocolate curls. (pictured)
Joyful Almond: a toasted coconut flake crust, chocolate pudding crème chantilly.

Citrus:
Key Lime: cookie crust topped with lime filling and topped with meringue.
Lemon Meringue: graham cracker or cookie crust topped with lemon pudding and topped with meringue.

Mint:
Grasshopper: mint chocolate cookie crust, crème de menthe pudding, and topped with whipped cream and mint chocolate pieces

Pumpkin:
Candy Corn: French vanilla pudding, pumpkin filling and whipped cream. (pictured)
Pumpkin Maple: a pumpkin mousse with hints of maple.
​
Tropical:
Island Road: toasted coconut crust filled with white chocolate pudding, macadamia nuts, and pineapple
Delites -
Healthier desserts options, at this time only they can only be made as Parfaits, except for the Un-deep Fried Ice Cream.

Apple Ala Mode: crumble, baked apples, and yogurt cream blend.
Italian Fig: ladyfingers, ricotta, and figs.
Un-deep Fried Ice Cream: frozen bananas chopped and blended till a smooth then coated in a mixture of cereal and nuts. (pictured)
International Desserts -

Italy:
I take some Italian favorites and some family recipes and share them with you and yours
Cannoli: a family recipe with a twist on the traditional shell.
Spumoni: layers of cherry, chocolate, and pistachio
Tiramisu: layered (coffee soaked) ladyfingers, mascarpone, cream, and topped with cocoa.
England:
I also do some British desserts thanks to a follower who gave me their mum’s homemade custard recipe.
Trifle: Prices can vary due to the filling and cake used to create them.
Tart: Kinda like a mini pie; cookie crust, British custard, and fruit.
Limited Edition -
Some desserts I make are done for different holiday seasons or time of year when those flavors are more available to create with. I also have special Parfaits that are inspired by the brave men and women that have and who continue to serve our county.
In Memory (Memorial and Veterans' Day): cookie crust, lemon poppy seed filling, topped with a meringue whip and red chocolate poppy flower.
Freedom (July 4th): red and blue gelatin sandwiching a white layer of whipped fluff and topped with a yellow chocolate star
