On the following pages are photos of some of the desserts I have made over the years.  If you don’t see something you want it doesn’t mean I can’t make it, but rather I haven’t been given the opportunity to try.  Also on the Event Photos you see pictures of various desserts some that have become popular and others my customers have request.

 

In the past, I used post the photos with a black background so the dessert is the only thing you see, until, I was blessed with a display set to better showcase my desserts. I’m updating my photos so that my desserts look even more delizioso (I’ll keep the black background photos up too). The colors may vary from actual product due to the lighting or your computer’s monitor.  As I continue learn to take photos of my desserts I have received some advice from others (family and those in the food business) to not just to take pictures of the top of my Cakes and Pies, but also include photos of the inside or a slice of it.  Hopefully, in time I’ll have 2 set of photos of my Cakes and Pies for you to enjoy.
