Important Information

I do not have my own café at this time, but I work from a test kitchen in my free time.  For now, this is something I do part time and for fun.  I'm still trying to see if this is something I am able full-time or find a business partner.

 

Since I work on my desserts during my free time please give me 3 to 4 weekends before you want me to cater an event for you.  My list of desserts can be seen on my Popular Desserts page.  They are things I’ve made and feel comfortable with the recipe. If you don’t see something you want made, please feel free to ask me to make it.  There’s no extra charge, and the plus is it will help grow my skills.  If I’m unsure of the flavors you want me to work with I’ll be more then happy to arrange a tasting, and then work out prices (if we haven’t already).

 

Depending on the event I will use glass or plastic for my mini desserts.  Have been blessed with a lot of different dessert items.  As I get different cooking gadgets I'll do my best update what I have so I can better met your needs.  I like to work with plastic cups, so clean up is a breeze, but I can use glass if you prefer.

Some of the desserts I make contain different ingredients, so if there's an allergy please inform me ahead of time.  I'll do my best to as, but it's up to you in the end to tell me what you want.  I have done my best to use starburst on some of the desserts that flag the most common allergies, but just because you do see one doesn't mean there's not one there or it can be made without.
